Official Tournament Rules and Regulations 1. Team Composition & Roster Regulations • Squad Size: Each team must register a total of 12 players on their official roster. • Age Bracket Restrictions: To maintain the veteran format, the active playing set on the court/field at any given time must strictly feature: • Three (3) players aged 40+(2043) After 11" Bhadra or Before 2043 • Three (3) players aged 45+(2038) After 11 Bhadra or Before 2038 • One (1) player aged 50+(2033) After 11" Bhadra or Before 2033 2. Player Eligibility & Verification • Identity Verification: All players must present their original citizenship cards before kickoff. • Pre-Match Inspection: Photocopies, digital copies, or alternative IDs will not be accepted. • Disqualification Policy: If any ineligible or illegal player (unregistered, underaged, or unverified) • takes part in a match, the entire team will face immediate disqualification from the tournament. 3. Match Duration • Total Game Time: Each match lasts exactly 25 minutes. • Halves: The game is divided into two 12.5-minute halves. • Interval: A brief halftime break will be provided for teams to switch sides. 4. Code of Conduct & Disciplinary Fines • Yellow Card Penalty: Any player receiving a yellow card will be penalized with a Rs. 200 fine. • Red Card Penalty: Any player receiving a direct red card will be penalized with a Rs. 500 fine. • Suspension Rule: A player receiving two yellow cards in a single match (resulting in a red card) is automatically suspended from the next match. 5. Protest and Dispute Mechanism • Protest Fee: Teams wishing to lodge an official complaint must pay a Rs. 2,000 non-refundableprotest fee. • Filing Window: All protest claims must be submitted in writing within 30 minutes after the conclusion of the match.
